First Things First
At first, I was nervous about getting this set of dining chairs. I’m glad I went ahead with it. I don’t think you can find a better-looking and sturdier dining chairs within the price range. We have had this for 9 months already. It has held up far better than expected.

It took about 20 minutes to put together all four chairs. I spent more time setting up the first and second chairs. By the time I was assembling the third and fourth, I already got the hang of it. The cushions don’t have pre-drilled holes to guide you in attaching them onto the base. Take your time in doing this step so you get it right the first time.

Construction
The chairs are durable. They have held the weight of heavy guests, including one who weighs nearly 250 lbs. They don’t wobble at all. If you do notice some wobbling, you should try tightening the screws.

The chairs are lightweight. You would have no problem moving them. The legs have rubber pads underneath and that’s a big plus for me. You can pull the chairs out of the table without worrying about scratches on the floor.

Comfort
To be honest, the chairs don’t look that comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I sat on it for the first time and found it to be very nice to sit on. There is a curve on the back, which is great. The backrest is high enough. That is something my tall husband appreciates. The cushion on the seat is not as thick as you would see in other chairs. Despite that, it feels good to sit on them.

I have to point out that the dining chairs are on the smaller side. They are perfect for small dining tables and would work well if you have limited space.

Style
The chairs are covered with PU leather. They don’t seem to wear through months of use. The leather is very easy to clean. There is no need to scrub off stains because they aren’t visible. The black covers up stains really well. As for spills, you can easily wipe them dry. The leather is waterproof and liquids do not seep through.

The simplicity of the chairs makes it easy to match them with your existing table. In any case, these chairs come in different colors. You can choose according to what would best match your table.

When you buy faux leather furniture, you run the risk of getting a cheap-looking piece. That isn’t the case with these dining chairs. They look sleek and quite expensive. The chairs are great for people who are going for a modern look.

In My Opinion
These dining chairs from Mr-Direct surely deserve a 5-star rating. For the price, the overall quality of the chairs is impressive. I’ve read plenty of reviews saying that Mr-Direct has great customer service too. This is a good alternative for expensive wooden chairs if you don’t want to spend a fortune.
