I recently bought this sofa table after I saw it in my friend’s living room. I was instantly drawn by its laidback and industrial design. I asked where she got it and immediately ordered one for myself.
First Look
The package arrived a day late, but it’s worth the wait. I was impressed with the packaging. All pieces were protected by foam and everything was labeled properly. There are a couple of spare screws, so you wouldn’t worry about losing some as you assemble the furniture. The assembly manual that came with it is easy to follow. An Allen wrench is included in the box, but I advise you to have a ratchet wrench around. That will make assembly faster. All in all, unpacking the parts and assembling them took 20 minutes.
The Construction
The table is evidently made of thick wood. At first look, you’ll see how it’s made of solid wood and not some cheap particleboard. The finish is great with a bit of sheen to it. I got the table in Medium Saddle Brown. The color is neither too light nor too dark. It highlights the beauty of the wood. You can spot the natural grain on the wood too.
The cross legs add a rustic look to the piece. They are not flimsy or wobbly. The legs provide a stable support for the table.
The Function
The sofa table is set behind our couch. It is long enough to have plenty of storage area. It is also narrow enough, so it doesn’t take up a large space in our living room. On the table, I put a scented candle and a basket to put our car and house keys in. I’m planning to add more decorative elements on the table and a humidifier as well. I also rest a book on the table. That way, I can have it within reach if I choose to read after watching TV.
Ever since we had this table, I and my husband have never left home without our keys. On mornings, we watch the news first before rushing off to work. We always remember to take our keys from the table before we leave. My husband has also formed a new habit of leaving his wallet on the table upon coming home from work. So far, he’s never forgotten his wallet either. You should know that he is notoriously forgetful, so it’s a big deal that he no longer leaves his things at home.

This a beautiful sofa table that can accentuate your living room. You can even set it by the doorway. It can also complement other furniture in your home and hold small decors and trinkets. It can also serve as a drop area for your bags, accessories, and keys. This may be quite expensive if you compare it to other available sofa tables. However, it is a purchase worth making because of its remarkable quality and style.
