1500H Bed Frame Review
This bed frame from Zinus was extremely easy to put together. However, the packaging that it ships with is very heavy. It’s nearly impossible for one person to carry it. I would highly recommend getting someone to help with moving the box. I was lucky enough to have the UPS guys bringing it directly into my living room, so I only had to slid it into the guest room.
Like I said, the assembly was not difficult at all. I managed to put everything together myself in less than half an hour when my husband was still out for work. Every single piece for the frame is relatively light weight. All the joints lock together before being screwed into place so that the frame supports itself without needing someone supporting the frame from the other side.
The slats are secured on a velcro strip. All you have to do is to just roll them into place. Moreover, there are also two slats that have tapes for you to keep the mattress in place. I personally did not use them, but it might come in handy if the bed is slipping.
Something I didn’t notice before I ordered the product was the height of this bed. The frame is so tall that you can actually store a lot of stuffs underneath. It’s amazing!
Overall, I’m very happy with the modern look, as well as, the build quality of this bed frame. With such a low price tag, there really is nothing to complain.
